Guide to using Zoom

Due to COVID-19, all of the Communities Prepared training resources have been adapted to an online format and are being delivered as interactive webinars through Zoom. These webinar series are tailored to local regions and communities. This guide has been designed to support all attendees of Communities Prepared webinars in accessing and using Zoom. From joining a Zoom session to using each of the various functionalities available, this guide aims to help community volunteers and partners feel confident when participating in a Communities Prepared webinar.

By registering as a member of our hub, you’ll have access to the full range of our free downloadable training resources to support you and your group or organisation in building resilience to emergencies. It’s free to register!

This guide will be developed in line with feedback, so please do get in touch if you have any suggestions on how this can be further improved.
