Communities Prepared Bedfordshire Community Resilience Evening

What does community resilience mean? How can we work together to develop resilience to floods and other severe weather emergencies? Join us and partners to discuss.

Communities Prepared, in partnership with the Environment Agency and Bedford Borough Council invite you to a community resilience evening.

This event is designed for community representatives including existing flood group coordinators and volunteers and others interested in developing their community’s resilience to emergencies. It is an opportunity to learn about what community resilience means and what it could look like where you live, and to find out about the support on offer through Communities Prepared, Bedford Borough Council and the Environment Agency. It’s also an opportunity to share ideas and experiences with each other, make new connections, and explore options for future collaborative working in order to help grow community resilience across the region. Refreshments provided.
