Promoting the activities and support offered by a Flood Warden or CEV group can have a number of benefits for its development, including recruiting new volunteers, identifying wider funding opportunities and creating local partnerships. However, as volunteer groups with limited resources, finding time to dedicate to this can be challenging. This session provides guidance on how to kick-start marketing and communications efforts, with tips to building the group’s profile within the wider community. The webinar will be supported by the Environment Agency’s East Midlands Flood Resilience Team.
