Storms and high winds bring a combination of hazards and impacts which communities need to be prepared for.
This intermediate session supports communities to build their resilience to storms by:
-understanding storms themselves, causes and classifications
- exploring the associated risks and impacts
- identifying actions to take as individuals and as communities to be better prepared
This session is for community members or groups wanting to understand storms in more detail, and want to take action to be better prepared and resilient to storms in their communities.
